Chris has over 20 years of experience providing legal advice regarding mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, commercial transactions and corporate governance. He has assisted clients in evaluating and executing strategic transactions, structuring debt and equity securities, negotiating agreements and maintaining compliance. He's been a lead negotiator on international acquisitions and restructurings, both as outside counsel and in the private equity setting. In addition, Chris frequently advises startups on formation, contracts and equity finance, including IPOs.
